OutdoorLeads.com™ charges which may be eligible for credits include inquiries placed by consumers in bad faith.
Advertisers who wish to request a credit must complete the "Credit Request Form" within 30 days of the inquiry in question. Please include the date, time duration and caller id in the body of the email. An OutdoorLeads.com™ billing representative will review and process the request within 10 days of its receipt. If approved, the credit will appear on the next applicable monthly statement.
